When a good chunk of gamers think about the potential of consumer-grade virtual reality hardware, they jump immediately to the idea of the ultimate first-person action game. Since before Doom, gamers have been envisioning the ability to see what their character sees and move with free reign in a virtual environment that takes over their entire visual field, rather than being confined to a small, flat monitor. While Oculus and others have warned that simply porting an unaltered game to run on VR hardware can lead to severe problems with nausea and playability, that hasn't stopped developers and fans from pursuing the goal of making a virtual reality games that are truly "first-person."

The Sheds Inside was a cut area of the Backyard only seen in the leaked developer build of the game. Though it is unknown how to enter the area, there was a lab hallway located on the side of the shed, near the chair on the sheds porch. This may hint that it contained a lab at some point. It is very obvious the area would have been a parkour-like area, with the shelves in the back having obvious ways to climb higher to the Hornet nest breaching the ceiling. Though the area is cut, it is shown that many items inside it were repurposed in other sections of the map, like the EverChar Coal Bag, Trashed AARTZ 3000, and the Woodpiles tarp all being seen in-game in different areas.

Running over zombies was never so much fun. As the DLC for the main game, Dying Light: The Following cuts out most of the parkour from the original and instead puts you behind the steering wheel in a swathe of almost-spotless countryside. Splatter zombies into chunks of gore as you speed across the fields and leave tyre-tracks in their guts as you take on daring jumps. Just be careful you don't get a zombie head trapped in your windscreen wipers. 041b061a72
